Abstract

In Colombia, the issue of agriculture has been demanding a bit more for the agro-industrial sector, since there is a noticeable increase in agricultural production in recent years, for this reason it has been seen that in this industry it is necessary to improve machinery or implement New technologies to be able to meet the demand demanded at the moment, because fruit production is not only producing to support that country, but also for foreign consumers. For this reason it is sought that with new and renovating projects Colombia will be able to perform better in this sector, to be an excellent competitor vis-à-vis other countries. This will even help reduce the price for the Colombian consumer, since there will be no need for agricultural importers to help cover the total demand for these products in Colombia. For this reason, the design of a blistering machine is made so that the peasant producing this fruit, increase the speed in the postharvest of this fruit, without the need for it to be difficult both to finish the process and increase production.
