Abstract

As part of the fundamental processes within the life cycle of assets, maintenance management and reliability, from the early stages to the creation of specific mechanisms, constitute an element that adds value to each company where it is put into practice, on the one hand it allows extending the useful life of the assets and on the other it guarantees during the operation phase to have the processes, tools and methods, to generate value through the assets and to guarantee: operational continuity, profitability and sustainability of each mechanism. Therefore, it is decided to analyze for the company MARIO HUERTAS COTES (MHC) with which it is intended to evaluate the functionality of the maintenance strategies, in addition to finding the relationship between the systems of each asset and its failures (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic).
