Abstract

In MADERAS CABUYO SAS, located in the municipality of Soacha Cundinamarca, where furniture and variety of products are manufactured from recycled wood in the company design management system SAFETY AND HEALTH AT WORK performed (SG SST). To carry out the implementation of the system management company visits were carried out, analyzing the work performed by each of the members of the company and thus accurately identify the risks to which workers are exposed, these visits they did in each of the processes in the company as they are downloaded, disarmament, despuntillado, carpentry, painting, assembly and equally in the administration office. This design was based on the identification of risks to the work to which workers are exposed company, they were identified through the development of an array of dangers in collaboration with senior management and workers themselves. Once identified, assessed and analyzed the risks to which workers are exposed company, relevant programs are conducted to reduce risk and provide a healthier and safer environment personnel, safety and health programs were developed at work that help reduce and mitigate the risks of accidents and illnesses of workers who are part of the team of MADERAS CABUYO SAS. To identify, assess and analyze the risks they are exposed daily by members of the company MADERAS CABUYO SAS was identified that the greatest danger is existing amputation and inhalation of particulate matter, these risks are presented by lack of implementation of personal protection, protection from machinery used and the structure of the company, to reduce these risks corrective measures and strict compliance are given quickly to reduce the likelihood of an incident, accident and / or death. Risks more likely to occur within the enterprise are MADERAS CABUYO SAS physical and biomechanical risk that comes with a 71.42% a general level of the company, this occurs in various processes occurring the same risk such as noise , vibration, handling of loads and repetitive movements.
