dc.description	La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de un manifiesto emitido por la municipalidad de Bogotá respecto al tema del tranvía. Se resumen los tres puntos clave de la conferencia llevada a cabo el 7 de marzo con el señor Gerente, en la cual no se alcanzó una conclusión y, por ende, se propone rechazar el contrato suscrito por el Consejo Administrativo del Distrito Capital con la compañía del tranvía. Se intentó iniciar nuevas negociaciones con el Sr. Martín, al cual se le ofrecieron varias sumas de dinero para solventar el problema del tráfico, pero lamentablemente resultaron infructuosas debido a que la cantidad solicitada por el Sr. Martín excedía significativamente el valor de la empresa del tranvía. Por consiguiente, se atribuye la responsabilidad de restablecer el tráfico a la autoridad competente en ese momento.
