Abstract

This practice aims to document and implement the system of management of occupational health and safety for the company ACM S.A.S. Under the guidelines of decree 1072 of 2015 using the PHVA cycle: Plan, do, verify and act. ACM S.A.S. Is a company dedicated to the manufacture and assembly of bodies for collective transport of passengers, has 27 years of experience in the market and for this specific case we review the state of the previous occupational health program that was outdated and that when the Decree 1443 of 2014 creates the initial need to comply with the regulations at the stipulated time In the process of execution of the practice, the organization assumes decisive positions in front of the new management system evidencing the importance of knowing and controlling the risks to which the workers are exposed, the health conditions and the current administrative state in front of The policies and responsible for the process. Finally, accident management measures and relevant programs derived from the identification and assessment of risks are proposed.
