Diseño metodológico de un sistema de calidad basado en la Norma ISO 9001:2015 para la Empresa Andina de Equipos y Servicios S.A.S.

Abstract

The Design and documentation of the Quality Management System presented in this project is intended to be the starting point for the company ANDINA DE EQUIPOS Y SERVICIOS S.A.S., to begin its accreditation process in the ISO 9001 standard version 2015. For the development of this work began with a diagnosis of both the internal and external context of the organization, in order to determine their current situation. Subsequently, the structuring of the process map and the characterization of each of these are carried out. Then the procedures that are followed for the development of each of the processes are established, their respective characterization is done and the required tracking formats are elaborated. Finally, the manual of functions is established in which the required profile for each position is explained, as well as their respective functions. Each of these steps are carried out following the indications of ISO 9001: 2015.
