| dc.description | The Cadastral Reform that is going on in most of the countries since the FIG Bogor congress and after approving the Cadastral Vision, publishing in the document Cadastre 2014, point as the principal activity for the cadastral agencies, to improve the access to the cadastral data and information to the citizen. E-cadastre, basically, is the last stage of the mentioned reform and according that is a consequence of that activity. In Bogotá, the Unidad Especial de Catastro Distrital, it´s developing a Cadastral Modernization Project that will be finished with the implementation of e-cadastre as part of the e-government of the Colombian capital. | en-US |
| dc.description | La Reforma Catastral, que se está desarrollando en la mayoría de los países del mundo a partir del Congreso de Bogotá de la Federación Internacional de Geómetras (FIG) y de la aprobación de la Visión de catastro con el documento Catastro 2014, plantea como actividad central de las entidades catastrales facilitar el acceso a los datos e información catastral a la ciudadanía. En gran medida, el catastro electrónico (e-cadastre) es la fase final de la mencionada reforma y, por lo tanto, es una consecuencia de esa actividad; en Bogotá, la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Catastro Distrital está desarrollando su Proyecto de Modernización Catastral que culminará con la implementación del catastro electrónico como parte del gobierno en línea de la capital del país. | es-ES |
