Abstract

In many situations, to make requests or in administrative processes, it is necessary to create and manage different documents, which requires a specific understanding of the data that is available in order to make a more effective decision. This is possible through an orderly display of the data to be able to obtain their understanding, on many occasions it is observed how mismanagement of data affects administrative performance, that is where having an organized management of them is essential. In the case of curricular projects in administrative processes, sometimes these data become tedious due to their considerable size and more specifically the lack of a method that organizes them so as not to generate incomplete processes, these are avoided if we have more exact and complete information at plain sight. To streamline these processes, it is proposed to create an index grapher where it specifically shows data of interest, where these data are graphed by different themes, where the indices that are available would be observed and generating greater efficiency when carrying out any process, to This would require the database using it as a reference point since it contains all the data of the project, but avoiding the manipulation of unauthorized persons, it is there where the data of this database would be observed but without compromising the database itself.
