Abstract

This document presents the reference framework, the market and technical study, the financial evaluation and the conclusions of a proposal for the automation of 4 macro processes derived from the stages of Administrative Management, Purchasing and Supply Management, Resource Management Financial and Legal Management at the Francisco José de Caldas District University - IDEXUD, which allows the follow-up, monitoring and control of operations, for this, the analysis of legal, technical, environmental and financial aspects is carried out, divided into four groups such as : the theoretical and conceptual support of the development of the project, the study of market factors such as demand, supply, prices, strategies and marketing channels, consecutively, the technical or engineering study in order to design and size the productive system in the case of hiring personnel together with the environmental impact analysis; ending with the financial feasibility study and its conclusions.
