Resumen
This project proposes a methodology for energy optimization aimed at being a support to builders, installers and the interested community, because of its multidisciplinary aspect there is the possibility of expanding the levels of optimization according to other areas of engineering present in the construction of green buildings. The project was developed in five phases; In the first phase, a research and diagnosis of the Colombian institutional LEED classification system was carried out, followed by research on available technologies and optimization methodologies for electrical installations and lighting. As a third phase, a methodology was built based on the information acquired in the previous phases, making use of the basic body of SGe proposed in the international standard ISO 50001. Finally, the methodology is put into practice in one of the buildings of the Technological Faculty of Universidad Distrital Francisco Jose de Caldas and a virtual book is prepared to informate this topic within the interested community.
