Abstract

This internship fulfills its main objective, which is to analyze the operation of the Real Estate Auction of the Colombian Society of Architects Bogotá DC and Cundinamarca (SCA BC) in order to carry out a restructuring program that contemplates the essential axes in its development High quality, technical capacity, efficiency, market positioning), carry out a systematic implementation and reform its policies that guarantee the improvement, optimization and execution of procedures necessary for valuation work, all this to achieve the revival of business and services that with the Over time have declined, with all this is intended to remain competitive in the real estate services market. In addition to the above and in view of the fact that at present all the disciplines that use some variable with expression in the geographic space have begun to use tools such as Geographic Information Systems - GIS that basically allow the management of data information referenced Spatially and facilitating access to information, a database was created that compiles spatial information of the architectural projects in which the entity has been involved, in addition to this a tab format was created that includes the cadastral information of the projects Which is intended to be published in a web viewer as evidenced in the proposals annexed to the project that allows in the future to share and visualize the corresponding building information such as spatial information, current regulation, land uses, boundaries, among others, everything This in order to grant to the officials of the entity the tools and technological means necessary for the visualization of spatial data of projects in which the SCA BC has been involved which in turn enable more competitive and higher quality responses.
