The image contains a news about the Agreement Number 3 of 1897 about the fixation of incomes and expenses of the municipality of Usaquén defined by the Municipal Council of Usaquén in which it is agreed that the sum of one thousand four hundred and two pesos will be fixed to the total amount of the incomes of the Municipality in the year 1897 with some arrangements in which are defined: General revenues together with taxes, slaughter of small cattle, right of coso, rights of permitted games, fines and miscellaneous income and subsidiary personal work(first, second, third class) and debts of back years, then the expenses on the Administration of the Municipality in the year 1897 are defined and it is stipulated in five parts defining the form in which the use of the revenues and the expense of the municipality should be made, therefore are defined: Administrative or Municipal Department, Department of Public Works, Department of Roads and Highways, Planned Expenditures and finally a summary of the accounts related to the subject is defined.
