Blanco sobre blanco por Malevich tiene una fuerte presencia en la escritura de Hélio Oiticica durante la década de 1970. Este artículo investiga los diversos momentos de interconexión entre Oiticica y Malevich, y el papel de esta noción en su pensamiento, articulándolo en referencia a Oiticica y John Cage, y a la filosofía de Nietzsche. De esta manera, es posible percibir tanto la centralidad de la escritura para Oiticica en esta década como la singularidad del modo de enunciación contenido en esa escritura, que puede describirse como la de un manifiesto escrito.
White on white by Malevich has a strong presence in the writing of Hélio Oiticica during the 1970s. This article investigates the various moments of interconnection between Oiticica and Malevich, and the role of this notion in his thinking, articulating this in reference to Oiticica and John Cage, and to Nietzsche’s philosophy. In this way, it is possible to perceive both the centrality of writing for Oiticica in this decade and the singularity of the mode of enunciation contained within that writing, which can be described as that of a written manifesto.
