Propuesta de un modelo para la Gestión Documental basado en la Norma ISO30300

Abstract

The proposed document management model presents a series of chapters that provide an introduction to the proposed guide. In the second chapter it mainly refers to the identification of documentary processes in organizations based on the ISO 30300 standard, starting with a brief description of a process at a general level, taking into account the characteristics, types of processes and documentary classification, for then make the checklist and/or compliance for each of the stages. The third chapter supports the design phase of the software solution, to manage documents online and facilitate access to information from any device connected to the internet. The fourth chapter describes the document management software Moged App for document management. Finally, the guide of good practices proposed for the documentary management in any organization, that includes a methodology of implementation of the elements that are part of a policy of management and treatment of documents.
