Some time ago they began to compose Carrera 10, block 10, old La Ropa, the first modification they made to it was to level the floor, which before was inclined or better was formed by two inverted planes, later they began to tile the sidewalks and the western one was perfectly arranged. The same thing did not happen with the eastern one: it was left half finished, since the paving only reached less than half and the rest was completely uncovered. The combined action of rain and time has turned that part of the block into a true precipice and despite the aforementioned street being one of the busiest, no steps have been taken to repair it.
