La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del arreglo del hospital de presos, indicando que la seguridad y el orden de los presos corresponde a los jefes de la policía por lo cual el hospital quedara bajo su inmediata autoridad, la cual dictara el correspondiente reglamento para que los presos no salgan por la puerta principal ,para que se controlen las visitas y no tengan contacto con los empleados del hospital, buscando las prevenciones necesarias para un mejor arreglo económico del establecimiento.
