Evaluación de riesgos laborales en las fincas afiliadas a la asociación Asofrucafé del municipio de Tibacuy Cundinamarca

Abstract

The present research project consists in the evaluation of the labor risks in the farms of the farmers affiliated to the association of fruit and coffee producers ASOFRUCAFÉ of Tibacuy Cundinamarca, specifically in the coffee and fruit cultivation processes. The study was carried out through the application of a survey and a checklist of inspection of working conditions in each of the farms under study, as well as the collection and analysis of the photographic record taken in each one of them; the risk factors were assessed through the GTC 45 methodology, obtaining as a result that the chemical, biomechanical, and mechanical risk are not acceptable, and therefore must be intervened as a priority, additionally, it is concluded that informality and low income of the sector, hinder the adoption of intervention measures and the affiliation of workers to the General Social Security System
