The news shows a message from the President of New Granada to the Constitutional Congress of 1843, congratulating the installation of the Legislative Chambers and urging the need to reform the constitutional project. Additionally, a report on foreign relations and related challenges was reviewed. Educational issues were highlighted and the Executive Branch was urged to reform the judicial system. It was proposed to repatriate some expatriated citizens and the fiscal balance for the year was presented. La noticia muestra un mensaje del Presidente de la Nueva Granada al Congreso Constitucional de 1843, felicitando por la instalación de las Cámaras Legislativas y exhortando la necesidad de reformar el proyecto constitucional. Además, se revisó un informe sobre relaciones exteriores y desafíos relacionados. Se destacaron asuntos educativos y se instó al Poder Ejecutivo a reformar el sistema judicial. Se propuso repatriar a algunos ciudadanos expatriados y se presentó el balance fiscal del año.
