Resumen
The Competitiveness Improvement Plan of the Supplies Factory and Integral Solutions S.A.S was made with the objective of define and to fortify the competitive advantages in the enterprise ahead the market, in agreement the resources and capacities which the company currently count on, due to this one doesn’t succeed to take a stance ahead the competition, with an added value that differentiate it. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the different internal and external factors that influence in the development of the FSSI activities, which will let that the enterprise has a better decision taking, letting in turn adaptation before the external conditions.
So, it will proceed to invention of strategies for the organization across of formulation of the strategic plan with the purpose of determinate the mission, vision, values and corporative principles, just like the strategic objectives and strategic actions, what for we have to keep in mind the production of an action plan the describes the sequential activities , planning with clarity about how the considered objectives will be reached, the investments calculations, cost, and associated spent to the action plan and monitoring speedometer.
Keeping this in mind, FSSI must carry out the monitoring of the identified strategies, with the objective of determinate if the strategic action have gotten the expected results, also to execute better practices, to destine to programs to improve the enterprise-working environment, the productive process, identifying the financial sources that let the execution of said actions
