| dc.description | Model that is used to analyze companies competitive advantages is “the chain of value analysis”, but, if de problem is to analize agroindustrial products, the chain of value must be analyzed across the whole chain of interchange of value. The research, which results are reported in this paper, looked for identify distribution channels of products, the structure of the chain of value and the utility for uchuva and tamarillo agroindustrial chain, in the Sumapaz’s province. The costs were established in the chain and the structure of aggregation of value. Six distribution channels were identified and for each of them the usefulness was established for each of the actors in it. | en-US |
| dc.description | Uno de los modelos aplicables al análisis de las fuentes de ventajas competitivas en las empresas es el de cadena de valor. Cuando se trata del análisis de productos agroindustriale s,la cadena de valor debe ser analizada a través de toda la cadena de intercambio de valor. El estudio, cuyos resultados se reportan en este artículo, tuvo como propósito identificar canales de distribución de productos, la estructura de la cadena de valor y la utilidad en los canales, para las cadenas agroindustriales de uchuva y tomate de árbol en la provincia de Sumapaz. Se establecieron los costos en la cadena y la estructura de agregación de valor, asimismo, se identificaron seis canales de distribución comunes a las dos cadenas y para cada uno de ellos se estableció la utilidad para cada uno de los actores del canal. | es-ES |
