Elaboración y producción de las zonas homogéneas físicas y geoeconómicas aplicando el modelo de datos LADM_COL mediante el soporte técnico en la Unidad de Intervención Rural del Distrito Turístico y Cultural de Cartagena de Indias

Abstract

The massive economic valuation processes in Colombia are determined according to the law, which allows the development of different methodologies that allow carrying out 1 of the 4 fundamental processes of the land registry, specifically referring to the updating process. This internship product derives from part of a land registry update, in its economic component, through the methodology of preparing Homogeneous Physical and Geoeconomic Zones for the rural intervention unit of the Tourist and Cultural District of Cartagena de Indias. Where the heterogeneity of the territory was determined, specific values ​​were established which were expanded by cartographic methods and some value concepts were defined. Furthermore, the importance of these processes, the shortcomings of the data models and the physical and economic territorial framework are concluded.
