| dc.description | Las tareas fundamentales de las instituciones de educación superior (la generación, preservación, in tegración, transmisión y aplicación del conocimiento) no han cambiado, sin embargo, la forma particular de realizarlas, está evolucionando dramáticamente. Las tecnologías de información, comunicación,ingeniería y gestión del conocimiento están ampliando el alcance y el ámbito de las universidades tradicionales, al permitir a los estudiantes combinar las experiencias educativas tradicionales con aquellas que se realizan en línea por medios electrónicos. Este artículo propone un modelo arquitectónico para la estructura computacional de la futura Universidad Distrital Virtual esbozando para ello las tecnologías claves en la implementación de este modelo educativo. | es-ES |
