The image shows news about Mrs. Josefa Moya Camacho, associated with two other ladies, who want to contribute to promoting the enlightenment of young women, offering an education house in which up to thirty-three girls will be received, under the following conditions : they will be taught principles of religion, morality and civility; to read and write, Spanish and French grammar, elements of arithmetic, drawing, music and to sew blanks and embroider all kinds of work. The monthly allowance will be precisely eighteen pesos for each girl: eight in advance for expenses on household goods and utensils that are essential for the daily use of the establishment. The girls will carry everything else that is necessary for their respective service, and their parents will be obliged by means of a public deed to keep them in school for at least three years.
