Abstract

In addition, the guidelines for each subject to be dealt with and the persons in charge of their compliance are mentioned. Finally, the decree was issued in Bogota on November 29, 1858, signed by the Governor of the State Jose Maria Malo and the Secretary of Government M. M. Medina.
