Resumen
The project emerges in response to challenges identified in the supervision and control of public contracts at the Sub-Secretariat of Operational Coordination of the Habitat Secretariat. Through an interview with the area coordinator, key problems were determined, including a lack of timely information and the use of obsolete tools. The proposed solution consists of a reactive platform integrating early alerts and document management, aiming to improve operational efficiency and transparency in the use of public resources. During development, best practices were applied, and a hexagonal architecture was implemented, ensuring well-structured and easily maintainable code. The project also envisions future implementations of technologies such as artificial intelligence or big data to enhance data analysis and improve decision-making in public contract supervision. The initiative aims to modernize and optimize processes, providing an effective tool that enhances efficiency and decision-making at the Habitat Secretariat.
