Resumen
This report shows the work carried out at the company CQS Ceimic Quality Services S.A.S. During the 384 hours that comprise the internship requirement, the validation processes of the analytical methodologies were supported, (Stromgren & Solomotis, 2019) theoretical and practical activities were developed through different tests focused on the determination of OXOLINIC ACID in matrices such as pineapple, banana and tomato, which are samples of frequent analysis in the laboratory. During the tests carried out on each matrix, a verification process is carried out through statistical tools using the Excel office program where the data obtained from the analysis carried out by the Hunter Mass Agilent software in areas of the detection signals are recorded in order to achieve the validation of the UHPLC MS/MS analytical methodology with Electrospray ionization and GC/MS with electron impact ionization. The parameters that were evaluated and supported the validation were: linearity, reproducibility, repeatability, detection limit and quantification limit. With the validated method, adequate linearity was verified with a matrix curve (tomato, banana, pineapple) with an r2 of 0.996 and a solvent curve with an r2 of 1.0, detection limits of 3.137 ug/kg and a quantification limit of 9.3711 ug/kg, a precision of 8.33% and an average recovery percentage of 98.4%. The method proved to be suitable for determining the multi-residue oxolinic acid, being a useful alternative for the development of the analysis and as documentary support in the audit.
