Procesos de validación, análisis de información espacial y caracterización inmobiliaria en el desarrollo de la actualización catastral con enfoque multipropósito en los municipios focalizados en la subdirección de proyectos de la Dirección de Gestión Catastral del IGAC – 2022

Abstract

Internship that arises as the need to support the multipurpose cadastre and its implementation in the Colombian cadastre by the Agustín Codazzi Geographical Institute, hereinafter IGAC. In This is carried out, among others, the validation of the information collected in the field by cadastral operators, as well as quality assurance for processes that are advance in the IGAC, a process headed by the subdirectorate of projects of the Directorate of cadastre. For the information validation process, elements are verified as a whole, logical consistency, positional accuracy, thematic accuracy, temporal quality, usability. Additionally, the validation process takes into account the interrelation between Cadastre Registry as an institutional, legal and technical system through which the data link is established property or real estate common to registration and cadastre, allowing the exchange of information in an optimal, effective, secure and automatic way, thus consolidating access to information for cadastre and registry users. The internship was carried out presenting an approach to the validation process of the cadastre-registry interrelation, integrating analysis of legal data, space and the property of both the surveys and the base provided by the Superintendency of Notaries and Registry. As a result, state reports were developed of interrelation for each municipality in which the analysis was developed, cadastral mapping that reflected the current state of interrelation in the framework of the multipurpose cadastre and a Guide to validation of the Cadastre-Registry interrelationship, which is a methodological document of the validations that were carried out in the process of evaluation and assurance of the quality of cadastral products. All this was developed with current regulations and with tools given by the IGAC through the execution of different sources of financing such as; PGN resources, Multilateral Banking, among others.
