dc.description	El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad la elaboración de una propuesta para la previsión de demanda de materiales en la IPS Colsubsidio, utilizando conceptos de Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro y gestión logística que se ajusten a las necesidades del área de compras, para finalmente profundizar en el comportamiento de la Demanda, que permitan ajustar las decisiones en el momento de realizar la planeación del abastecimiento, con el fin de evitar la ruptura de stocks que ponga en riesgo la prestación del servicio, cumpliendo con las políticas de servicio oportuno y abastecimiento responsable , minimizando el exceso de inventario en el almacén.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The purpose of this work is to prepare a proposal for the forecast of demand for materials in the IPS Colsubsidio, using concepts of Supply Chain Management and logistics management that adjust to the needs of the purchasing area, to finally delve into the behavior of the Demand, which allows adjusting the decisions at the time of planning the supply, in order to avoid the rupture of stocks that puts the provision of the service at risk, complying with the policies of timely service and responsible supply, minimizing excess inventory in the warehouse.	spa
