| dc.description | La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de el Decreto sobre salubridad pública, el alcalde del municipio: En vista del mal estado sanitario de la población, y considerando que las prescripciones de la junta central de higiene tienen carácter de de actos sociales obligatorios y deben ser aprovechadas por todas las autoridades, si así lo dispone el artículo 8 de la ley 30 de 1896, Decreta: Artículo 1° Desde la publicación del presente decreto será obligatorio para todos los habitantes del municipio el estricto cumplimiento de lo dispuesto por la junta central de higiene en el siguiente oficio: La junta central de higiene ha dispuesto comunicar a usted las siguientes instrucciones, con el objeto de que se practiquen en esta ciudad ya que está invadida actualmente por varias enfermedades infecciosas, entre las cuales figuran la fiebre tifoidea, y el typhus fever, que se han presentado con carácter de alarmante gravedad y que parecen propagarse más y más cada día.
