Abstract

The country's PYMES companies are faced every day with different situations and conditions that challenge them to remain competitive in the market. One of the many challenges is to ensure that their organizational structure is properly defined and allows them to be more productive and ensure the retention of talent; Therefore, the need arises to articulate technology with specialized knowledge to provide an affordable service that allows them to control key organizational aspects such as the definition and valuation of positions, hierarchical levels and the definition of objective compensation schemes, so this document specifies the conditions and aspects necessary to constitute a service and a technological tool accessible to PYMES that allows them to meet these challenges.
