The image contains news about the response to the Government Secretary's note on territorial division, presenting a bill. In this project, it is proposed to divide the territory of the State into six Departments and once Judicial Circuits. The proposal seeks to harmonize the political administration with the judicial administration and cover populations of more than fifty thousand inhabitants in each department, according to the general census of 1843. La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de la respuesta a la nota del Secretario de Gobierno sobre la división territorial, presenta un proyecto de ley. En este proyecto, se propone dividir el territorio del Estado en seis Departamentos y una vez Circuitos judiciales. La propuesta busca armonizar la administración política con la judicial y abarcar poblaciones de más de cincuenta mil habitantes en cada departamento, según el censo general de 1843.
