Identificación y caracterización de los conflictos ambientales presentes en las localidades los mártires (14) y Antonio Nariño (15) de la ciudad de Bogotá, D.C., a 2020

Abstract

The project seeks to make an approach to the analysis of socio-environmental conflicts in the localities of Mártires and Antonio Nariño - 2020. It also seeks to situate the concept of environmental conflict, to analyze the situations that involve environmental degradation associated with dynamics at social, economic and political levels, and also serves as an argument for the proposal of a type of educational research-action. Moreover, it justifies the usefulness of the analysis to the repercussion of environmental legal education and participation to obtain access to the management of justice and the resignation of the scope of environmental struggles. The analysis is carried out through the data provided by the local environmental commissions, as well as the relevance of knowing the socio-ecological systems, as well as the areas where environmental conflicts are evidenced. Finally, several lines of action elaborated by the social and environmental movements are presented, which allow the management of environmental conflicts, contribute to the construction of public policies and become important in land use planning.
