Information is a very important asset for organizations and the falsification of information is very common today, in some organizations and even universities there are unscrupulous people who manage to falsify postgraduate diplomas from academic institutions to obtain important positions in the private sector. , public and other private purposes. What is intended to be covered in this document is the way in which technology can prevent specialization degree diplomas from being falsified by giving the reader generalities necessary to know about blockchain technology applied to smart contracts, which mainly make it impossible to falsification of the diplomas issued in the Software Engineering specialization program by the Francisco José de Caldas District University, also providing the possibility of consulting and verifying the information to any interested party.
