La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de la Ley Orgánica de las Secretarías de Estado, que establece la estructura y funciones de dos secretarías: la Secretaría de Gobierno y la Secretaría de Hacienda. Ambas contarán con un encargado de autorizar las resoluciones del Poder Ejecutivo en sus respectivos ámbitos. La Secretaría de Gobierno podrá tener hasta tres oficiales, mientras que el personal de la Secretaría de Hacienda se determinará por la ley orgánica del ramo.
