Resumen
In an increasingly dynamic and competitive business environment, web applications have established themselves as key tools for optimizing processes and ensuring customer satisfaction. This phenomenon encompasses organizations of all sizes, including Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), which face the challenge of adapting to market demands without incurring the high costs associated with incident management and administration systems. With this need in mind, the development of a web service designed to provide SMEs with an economical, accessible and functional solution that allows them to effectively manage their internal processes. To address this issue, a web service was designed and built under a client-server architecture using REST, which guarantees its accessibility from any device with an Internet connection and a web browser. This technological choice not only facilitates its implementation, but also ensures compatibility with a wide range of devices, eliminating entry barriers and promoting greater user adoption.
