Prototipo de sistema experto para el diagnóstico de la PYME enfocado al área funcional de gestión de recursos humanos

Abstract

The present work is the result of the research work developed in the Research Group "Expert Systems and Simulation (ESS)", and is the development of the first phase of the Research Project "Expert System for the diagnosis of SMEs". In this phase, a solid knowledge base was built based on a review of the state of the art of scientific articles, books, theses and business cards, which brings together the factors that develop problems in small and medium-sized companies in the management of their human resources In addition to gathering a set of alternatives for solution and mitigation of this problems from the specialized knowledge of experts from different countries of the world. In the same sense, a list of 21 diseases is presented which respond to a series of symptoms typical of these economic units, and which are the basis of the diagnosis. Finally, a part of trees representing the knowledge of the rules design, it was possible to structure the prototype of expert system and the inquiry questionnaire used for the collection of user information.
