Abstract

Solutions INC SAS is a company dedicated to the design and manufacture of furniture and commercial architecture with a considerable track record in the market. It has a production plant where it develops processes such as carpentry, metalworking, digital printing, painting and remodeling services and civil works. . The main objective of this project is to carry out a feasibility study for the acquisition of a new technology for the painting area of ​​the company Solutions INC SAS, for which the variables that intervene in the painting process within the company will be analyzed, with the purpose of evidencing the lack of capacity of the current resources, which generates a great damming of pieces that in the end is reflected in the non-compliance of the delivery times to the client. The aspects to take into account will be the time required for painting a piece, the size of the piece, the production capacity of the current paint area, the quality of the finish, the safety within the paint area for employees, the waste and costs related to the painting process. Then a study will be made of the internal and external conditions with which will be obtained those factors that may intervene in the development of the project and thus be able to identify the advantages and disadvantages that have to advance in it. Then, with a market study, the capacity and internal demand of the painting process will be calculated, choosing a measurable product. Subsequently, with a technical study, the technological alternative that will replace the resources of the current painting area will be evaluated and each of its elements will be detailed. With the financial study will quantify and analyze the amounts of capital to make the investment, will provide an alternative to finance the investment through a bank. With a financial evaluation, the cost-benefit and sensitivity analysis will be determined, which will be fundamental to determine the viability of the project. Finally, the results of the study will determine if the project is viable and thus create a strategy to socialize it with the senior management of Solutions INC S.A.S.
