Soporte técnico al Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi en el cálculo del Índice de Valoración Predial (IVP), ciudades de Armenia, Manizales, Riohacha, Valledupar, y apoyo en los informes valuatorios para el Juzgado de Restitución de Tierras del Magdalena

Abstract

The degree work in internship modality entitled: "Technical support at the geographic institute Agustín Codazzi, for the property valuation index calculation in cities like Armenia, Manizales, Riohacha, Valledupar. In addition, I supported in the appraisal reports for the land restitution court of Magdalena, Colombia" consisted firstly in the support of the calculation of the property valuation index of urban properties in the designated cities and in the generation of commercial appraisal reports for the land restitution court of the department of Magdalena, this given the specific need to calculate appraisals for real estate subject to a history of conflict and in congruence with the victims and land restitution law 1448 of 2011, in order to facilitate the legal and material restitution of land to those dispossessed and displaced from their property, occupation or possession due to the armed conflict in the territory. For the development of the activities carried out within the framework of the PVI calculation, it was necessary to structure the primary and secondary information required for the preparation and analysis of the market study, preparation of base property information and documentary and cartographic management, as input to densify and update the PVI databases, as well as the creation of graphic outputs associated with each of the municipalities. In addition to this, two secondary tasks were also performed, the uploading of information corresponding to appraisals already carried out to the entity's geographic information system and the contribution in the construction of the regulations and technical requirements for the IVP's cartographic enlistment.
