Resumen
At present, in our country's project cost management, we are facing shortcomings such as a lot of false data statistical analysis, obvious lag of cost data, difficulty in sharing cost data efficiently, etc. . ., the existence of BIM technology is bringing a new technical innovation to the field of construction, the introduction of BIM technology in project cost management is undoubtedly the general trend. Competitiveness in engineering companies is supported by the use of ICT, especially in complex projects where it is essential, among others, the proper use of information systems, techniques and organizational tools that collaborate with the objectives associated with both the product and the Project. Among which stand out the Fast-track projects and the BIM methodology. This Research seeks to consolidate a referential framework that describes the theories of project management, the BIM methodology and the acceleration of projects through Fast-track, to later develop an analysis of the state of the art of project management and its connection with Regarding the Fast, track and BIM projects. With the result of this analysis, a first conceptual model called: "Manual of good practices for the implementation of scope, schedule and cost management in Fast-track projects using BIM methodology in 3D, 4D and 5D" is generated. The model undergoes a series of iterations using the Delphi method for its modification and subsequent validation by consulting experts, obtaining a theoretically supported and empirically validated good practice manual.
