Resumen
This paper present a study of the route planning method based on the Clarke and Wright model applied to Logistic Operator Opperar Colombia S.A. This is a subsidiary company of Group Nutresa S.A. dedicated to the provision of storage services and secondary transportation of land cargo of the group’s products since the beginning of 2015. For this company, the timely distribution of Nutresa products has been, Since then, its main focus in the city of Bogota and its surroundings, action that takes place between different classes of customers that go from neighborhood stores to big chains, that is to say, the delivery of products complies indifferently between small businesses of self-services, Supermarkets, stores and wholesalers, as well as chain stores and supermarkets, who handle different quantities of products and different frequencies of orders that meet their needs. Among the objectives of this paper is the preparation of a routing plan for the vehicles distributing the products marketed by the Nutresa Group S.A. by means of its Logistic Operator based on the VRP that reduces the number of vehicles and is applicable to the south zone of the city of Bogota, studying a specific case that involves several clients of the same area of the city.
