Resumen
The image contains news about the contract for the formation of the cadastre of the District of Bogotá. The contract establishes that José María Vergara V. undertakes to compile the cadastre, specifying the urban and rural properties divided into different classifications. Each property will bear the name of the owner, its location and its proven value, calculated based on the lease of the property. The cadastre tables will be printed as they are received, and Vergara will be in charge of correcting and fixing the edition. It is established that Vergara must complete the work by May 30. As compensation, the government will pay Vergara one thousand two hundred fixed pesos, plus 20% of the $20,000 surplus from the Bogotá district tax. The sum will be paid in two installments, in July and October. The contract was signed on January 25, 1866, in Bogotá, by J.M. Vergara Vergara and Aníbal Galindo.
