The image contains news about Agreement No. 17 of 1891, on the collection of liquor revenue, the Municipal Council of Bogotá, in use of its legal powers, agrees to Art. 1° Suppress the employment of the fiscal inspector of the municipality created by the Agreement No. 85 of 1890. Art. 2. From now on, the collection of the tax on retail liquor and fermented beverages will be carried out by the police inspectors in each neighborhood. The inspectors will receive 20 percent of the sums they collect and will report weekly to the municipal treasurer. Art. 3. La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del Acuerdo No. 17 de 1891, sobre recaudación de la renta de licores, el Consejo Municipal de Bogotá en uso de sus facultades legales, acuerda Art. 1° Suprimiese el empleo del inspector fiscal del municipio creado por el Acuerdo No. 85 de 1890. Art. 2° En lo sucesivo se hará por los inspectores de policía en cada barrio, el cobro del impuesto de licores al pormenor y bebidas fermentadas. Los inspectores gozarán del 20 por 100 de las sumas que recauden y rendirán sus cuentas semanalmente al tesorero municipal. Art. 3° Quedan en estos términos reformado el Acuerdo No. 85 de 1890 y derogado el artículo 1° del Acuerdo No. 2 de 1891 .
