Los Sres Personero é Ingeniero Municipales despacharon, con el informe respectivo, la solicitud de varios vecinos del barrio Las Nieves, sobre arreglo de la nomenclatura de una de las calles nuevas cedidas al Municipio, al occidente del Parque Centenario. Termina el informe con la siguiente proposición que fue aprobada: "Dígase á los peticionarios que el Concejo no accede á su solicitud, por estimar que no es llegado el caso todavía de incluir en la nomenclatura oficial las cuadras cedidas por el Sr. Paulino Rosas."
