Reflexión sobre la concepción del eje II del Plan de Desarrollo Bogotá Humana 2012-2016, sobre el tema ambiental

Abstract

The development plan 2012-2016, emphasizes that the territory should be organized around water as a mechanism of adaptation to climate change and sees the environmental issues as a process not of stubborn defense of biodiversity, but as a cause that is dynamic and harmonious with all the living beings that inhabit different ecosystems; moreover, the environmental and territorial management around water, key concept, new and revolutionary that is included in the development plan. This degree project a reflection grade environmental concept, environment of the defense and territorial management around water, the defense of diverse surrounding ecosystems (moorlands, forests, wetlands and eastern hills) right in the heart of Bogotá; the environmental issue appeared and advanced to the problem of how to stop climate change to avoid climate catastrophes and biodiversity disappearance.
