Abstract

This final report presents the results of the internship conducted in the Treasury department of Imperio de las Uñas by Paula S.A.S., as part of the degree project at the Francisco José de Caldas District University. The purpose of the internship was to strengthen the company's accounting and financial processes by implementing strategies for bank reconciliation, cash legalization, electronic invoicing, and internal control. The intervention responded to the need to establish a more efficient financial management system, commensurate with the organization's operational growth. The methodology employed included diagnostic, execution, and monitoring phases, which contributed to improving administrative decision-making and compliance with tax obligations, thus contributing to the company's institutional strengthening.
