Factores de éxito evaluados con base en la implementación de un test de inteligencia ecológica en una empresa del sector de vidrios, de la ciudad de Bogotá D.C.

Abstract

In the current study a finished diagnosis is done to the company Industry Colvit Ltda. about the grade of ecological intelligence in which the officials of the company are. The research work that tries to perform is exploratory type. Given that there is little background in this topic we will be guided by an established methodological model of the environmental intelligence dairy sector which was carried out as a thesis at the Francisco José de Caldas District University in 2009 at the company el Pomar but focused on the ecological intelligence in the glass sector. According to the results a tool will be provided to the company Industry Colvit Ltda so that it can be used by the same in the processes of quality improvement and environmental management, this tool will be a psychometric questionnaire that has as structure raised the ethical environmental principles and criteria that allow to measure the ecological intelligence of the organization in three component cognitive component, affective component and behavioral component. The pilot application of this ecological intelligence questionnaire becomes not only a diagnosis within the company about attitudes regarding the protection of the environment and human health, but it becomes an added value that allows a distinction in the market, promoting in this way an influence to consumers towards a more responsible consumption, offering products and informing about their impacts and benefits. Through the test you can establish the success factors of ecological intelligence in the company Industry Colvit Ltda, example of them, commitment, effectiveness, responsibility, among others, that would allow to integrate the general strategy of the company and contribute as support for the perspectives of environmental management through environmentally and socially responsible behavior.
