Abstract

The document identifies the basic elements, the description of the methodological procedure, the scopes and resources necessary to carry out a specific assessment of the critical and risk points that concentrate a high number of traffic accidents and that together with the contracting entity prioritize to mitigate the traffic accident incidence of the study section. Likewise, the schedule of activities according to the above and costs is delivered, showing the critical and risk points of the section.
