Abstract

In today's world, management systems offer a competitive advantage for organizations in all sectors of the economy, ensuring continuously improving the performance of operations generating a higher level of satisfaction of internal and external customers through compliance with the requirements set out in the standards that generate the respective guidelines. This degree project aims to develop a proposal for the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2015 for the company SIERRA LABORATORIO DE SUELOS Y PAVIMENTOS S.A.S., through the application of methods and tools that involve stakeholders, increase the efficiency of the organization and increase the degree of compliance with the requirements based on customer needs. SIERRA LABORATORIO DE SUELOS Y PAVIMENTOS S.A.S. is a company dedicated to the elaboration and execution of analysis of soils, pavements, concrete and special tests incivil and geotechnical projects, where the main objective is to provide the necessary and appropriate advice in each of these fields offering quality projects with reliable, economical and efficient solutions within the existing regulatory standards in this aspect in order to obtain recognition in the environment where their services are offered.
