Abstract

The Institute for Peace Pedagogy and Urban Conflict IPAZUD is one of the organizations of the District University in charge of the development of extension functions, research and teaching, which has various lines of research from which they develop research and intervention projects. The State, Democracy and Justice line of the IPAZUD is one of the research areas strongly committed to the generation of social justice from the production of knowledge in the spheres of public discussion that imply the relationship between the State and the citizens. Due to this strong political and social commitment, during the second period of 2022 in In this line, the need to account for the ways in which the State does presence in terms of health within the towns of Usme and Kennedy through the local public health entities and how the citizen perceives the operation of these entities by revoking their experiences, ideas and feelings. In accordance with this need, developed the micro-investigation process entitled "Perceptions regarding the functioning of the public health entities of Kennedy and Usme", which became the nucleus of the process of internship that starts from the collection, analysis and systematization of perceptions citizens and officials facing the operation of local health entities public, sought to generate contributions to the continuous improvement of health practices in the studied localities.
