Resumen
The image presents a news about: "Winter since days we are in the middle of winter, that is, we have the domestic police of the street and its pipes, although it is true that the mud consumes us. The camellones have not resisted the first downpours, because they have been washed away, melted or liquidated, that is, they are still impassable as horseshoe roads, and even more, as wheeled roads. We are in the capital of the Republic, in this respect, worse than the inhabitants of Barranquilla, who can even walk facially in their cars, either in winter or in summer. Here in summer, the dust covers our faces and makes us walk with our eyes closed , and in winter, you see: mud without mercy. That depends on the fact that, although it is true that the poor taxpayers are taken unfair sums and increased tolls under the pretext of making good communication routes, in this land they do nothing but cover up appearances and get out of the way anyway. The road to the North, from which all the camel of Las Nieves grazes, is truly impassable: the wagons, the cars, the beasts are buried, and the passage on foot is therefore almost impossible.According to information, as all such a road is made of mud only, without being macadamized, as is necessary for it to have some resistance, the ruptures of the carriages that come and go from Zipaquirá are very frequent, as are the falls and damages of the beasts, point that already in winter entrepreneurs are reluctant to put their vehicles at the service of the public , because they know that they are exposed to losses that do not compensate with the profits that may remain.".
